For paid apps, simply log-in to AppStore using the original account you made the purchases on and redownload the apps for free. For in-app purchaes, please refer to https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204530.
As Apple handles all purchasing and distribution matters, we can’t do refunds by ourselves. Please refer to AppStore return help page https://www.apple.com/shop/help/returns_refund for more details.
